  • Where do I begin with how awesome training with coach Nate is! I have worked out with many personal trainers and none have ever gotten me to go as hard as he does! He keeps all the workouts super fun especially with his knowledge of kettle bells. I never thought in a million years I would be able to flip a kettle bell. But with Nate's coaching he had me doing it on the 2nd try! Cant recommend this dude enough!

  • I have been training with Nate for over 2.5 years now, and I have known him for 6. He is an extraordinary person inside and out and even a better coach! I am an ex professional athlete that's constantly busy (and sometimes finding excuses). Nate has been very accommodating with my schedule, kept me always motivated (even in my bad days) and I am feeling my best self thanks to him. He is extremely knowledgeable and tailored every workout based on my needs (from knee injury rehab, weight loss, muscle gain -- depending on the time).   • It has been hard putting into words, how much of a positive impact Nate has had on me and my husband’s life. We used to lack a lot of energy, take lots of longg naps throughout the day, and we always craved LOTS of junk food. We have been training with him for over a year and I have never felt stronger and now I get to earn my cravings! I was really active back in high school and University, but ended up losing track of all my fitness. I finally feel like I’m getting it back and I feel so much more energy! Even though I do so much more a day, I don’t need to nap. Since I have met him, I have run multiple half marathons (in sandals), met an amazing group of friends and trainers, started Jiujitsu through his connect, AND I can do a full pushup now after 8 years. Now it’s part of my circuits! He is also willing to answer any questions, and you can trust him to help you with your form! If you want someone who will push your limits, this is your guy!!

  • Nate is an amazing trainer! He brings great energy to each session and is very knowledgeable in the field of training and the body. I’m always sore after every workout but not so sore that I can’t function for a week. He’s helped me progress in ways I couldn’t have done on my own. I also appreciate how he pushes me during the workouts by being encouraging and firm instead of aggressive or overwhelming. He’s a phenomenal trainer and I highly recommend working with him!
